PRIMEHARBOR INDIA · GLOBAL EXPORTSRequest a quote ↗Quality & compliance
Quality begins with an agreed requirement. We coordinate specifications, supplier information, testing expectations, traceability, packing checks, and documents around the needs of each product and destination.
Discuss your quality requirements ↗Our approach
Requirements differ by product, intended use, buyer, and destination market. Rather than publish universal limits or make blanket certification claims, we confirm what the selected supply can support and document it for the specific order.
The buyer remains responsible for communicating destination and end-use requirements. PrimeHarbor coordinates these expectations with the selected supply and confirms the agreed scope before commercial approval.
Control points
We record the intended use, destination, specification, pack format, testing, labelling, and document expectations before sourcing.
Potential supply is reviewed against the agreed product brief, available capabilities, order volume, and shipment schedule.
The buyer-approved specification becomes the reference for product parameters, tolerances, packaging, and applicable release checks.
Batch identity, available test results, packing details, quantities, and shipment documents are checked against the agreed order scope.
Testing & inspection
Testing parameters, methods, acceptance limits, sampling, and laboratory requirements should be agreed before order confirmation. Availability depends on the product and selected supplier.
